Home delivery costs 7€ for orders under 199€.
Orders over 199€ receive free shipping.

Do you ship internationally?
At this stage, we ship to Israel and Spain. For international shipping requests, please contact us at ricapooni@gmail.com.

Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes. Returns or exchanges can be requested within 14 days of receiving your order, provided items are unused and in original packaging.
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless defective.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
